From North:

Take 295 S toward Camden to exit 26 toward Atlantic City.  Merge onto Rt 42 S, continue to exit 13, Rt 55

toward Glassboro/Deptford/Vineland.  Take exit 32B for Rt 56 W to Rosenhayn, continue straight.

Take the Rt 56 ramp to Vineland.  Merge onto Landis Ave/Rt 56, continue 3 miles on Landis Ave.  Turn left onto

East Ave.  Go through the first light on East Ave. and Utopia is on the left right past the first light.

From South:

Take Garden State Parkway N to exit 20 on left to merge onto Rt 50 toward Tuckahoe/US-9/Seaville.

Turn left at Rt 49, merge onto Rt 55 N via the ramp to Vineland.  Take exit 26 toward Vineland/Buena.

Merge onto Main Rd/CR 555. Go about 4 miles, turn left on Landis Ave, then right on East Ave.  Go through the

first light on East Ave.  Utopia is on the left right past the first light.

From West:

Take Rt 77/N Pearl St.  Follow Rt 77, make slight right at Landis Ave/Rt 56.  Continue to follow Landis Ave

about 10.7 miles.  Make a left at traffic light onto N. East Ave.

From East:

Take Atlantic City Expressway W approx. 27 miles.  Take exit 28 to merge onto Rt 54 S/12th St. Slight right onto 12th St

Turn left at 12th St./Rt 54. Continue on Rt 54 S for approx. 9 miles.  Cross over Rt 40, road becomes Wheat Rd. Slight Left

at Lincoln Ave.  Turn right on Landis Ave, go to East Ave, make right.  Utopia is on the left right past the first light.
