Thank you for requesting a donation from Utopia Salon & Spa. As a business that is committed to our community,

we believe it's important to support worthy organizations. We also recognize that there are times when individuals

in crisis need help with their fundraising efforts, however, please understand that we receive requests daily for donations.

As much as we would like to donate to all of them, we do not have the resources to do so. Please print out the form

below and fax it to us, if we cannot grant your request at this time, please feel free t contact us again for your next event.
