Bio:

Hi, I’m Ann with 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and I love to help
clients work towards freedom from pain with greater relaxation. Three years ago I started
training in Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) to better help people achieve lasting change and
freedom of movement. This gentle, hands-on MFR technique has proved successful in
collaborating with clients to better understand what their body needs. It’s even possible to
combine MFR with traditional massage in a hybrid service called Myofascial Massage. Please
join me on a journey toward a fuller life and relief from pain.
