My stylist had an unfair situation due to my service not being booked with the correct amount of time needed. That being said, she essentially did a color correction with partial highlights, glaze and root color. She meticulously wove out the old warm and brass colors from a previous botched balayage. I now have a beautiful mix of cool blonde highs and lows. She grey-blended beautifully as well. It took much longer than we both anticipated but the result is really beautiful and much appreciated.
