Lala is the best of the best! I never leave unsatisfied. She makes sure every visit is comfortable and that your experience is enjoyable. She pays attention to her work, is always happy and kind, and ensures I leave happy every time. She keeps me informed throughout every process of my wax which makes it evident that she’s well educated on her craft. She is gentle, calming, and such a joy to be around. She really makes sure my experience is pleasurable each visit. I love coming to her for my waxes!

I made an appointment and told them over the phone what I needed when I got there the girl was still with a client so I had to wait then she asked to look at my hair and told me that she might not have time to do what I said I needed done over the phone.She said I was only in for a trim which was not true I specifically said a wash,trim and style and she just said I wasn't down in the book for that so either she just didn't want to do it or the secretary didn't do her part. So that was unprofessional but she did end up doing it anyway just was all so rushed my hair wasn't even washed properly.It was not a good welcoming experiment just felt like a lab rat won't be visiting again.
